Overview on the actual legal domestic framework ruling the arbitration After the transformation of ‘90, Albania has no specific law on arbitration, and the rules governing domestic arbitration were incorporated in the Civil Procedures Code, enacted in 1996. The chapter was based on the UNCITRAL Model Law in International Commercial Arbitration (1985).
