Albania to announce 1st photovoltaic plant tender in 2018 26 January 2018 (ANSAmed) - NAPLES, JANUARY 26 - Albania plans to focus on solar energy as part of its commitment with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development with the aim of renewable energy sources accounting for 38% of its production by 2020. The country will announce its first tender for the construction of a photovoltaic plant by the end of the year.
